“Europe and We” Association is established in 2002 by Burgas district court as non-governmental non-profit organization. The association starts functioning in 2003.
The mission of the organisation is environment and nature resources protection, conservation of natural, cultural and historical heritage, encouragement of the civil activeness in society, supporting social integration and active involvement in community life, supporting the social dialogue between civil organizations, public authorities and business in order to have a better, clean and healthy life.
The association poses very good material resources, an office, PC and office equipment, high-qualified and experienced personnel in the area of environment protection, nature resources, sustainable social-economic development and environmental-friendly practices. The organization and its team are experienced in the following areas: capacity for project development, implementation, management and reporting, organization of trainings, development of training know-how, preparation and implementation of information campaigns, organization of seminars, conferences, public events, and discussions.
“Europe and We” Association is full member of European Environmental Bureau (EEB) - environmental voice of the European citizens. Created in 1974, the EEB is now the largest federation of environmental citizens’ organisations in Europe. It currently consists of over 150 member organisations in more than 30 countries, including a growing number of European networks, and representing some 15 million individual members and supporters. The EEB works on environment protection on European and global level, thus representing the needs and concerns of the European citizens
